Q. Can you tell us a little about your role at PDI?

Perez: My role at PDI is to provide support and assistance to PDI Healthcare, Keyne Monson, EVP & CCO, and his endeavors for the organization and where I am needed.

Q. What new skills have you learned while working at PDI? How have you developed personally and professionally?

Perez: A new skill I learned while at PDI is definitely the use of online meeting platforms! Working at PDI, especially during a pandemic, has reminded me always to be forward-thinking and do the best I can at all times, both professionally and personally.

Q. Have you participated in any charitable programs or events through PDI? If so, which ones and what impact did that program have on our local community?

Perez: I have participated in PDI’s annual Be the Difference Day and most recently in our Giving Back program, wherein the company matched associate contributions to local or national charities. PDI’s spirit of giving back to the community aligns with my personal core belief of doing what you can with what you have. This has motivated me to double down with the charities and causes I believe in.

Q. How long have you been with PDI, and why have you decided to stay with the company?

Perez: I have been with PDI for 3 years. The company’s values and the people are reasons why I continue to enjoy working for the company.

Q. How has the company evolved since you joined?

Perez: In the time I have been with PDI, I have seen a number of changes, but we continue to maintain the positive attitude of “know better, do better”, which essentially pushes us to be the difference. This includes our move to the new campus at Woodcliff Lake, pivoting and working through a pandemic, and looking for ways to be more “center stage” in infection prevention.
