Associate Spotlight – Natasha Adams

Q. Can you tell us a little about your role at PDI?
Adams: At PDI, my role is Lead QA Release. In this role, I am responsible for ensuring good documentation practices for completed finished good documentation and timely release of finished goods.
Q. What does “Be the Difference” mean to you?
Adams: To me, “Be the Difference” means putting your best effort into each task that you do, whether it be professional or personal
Q. What impact do you feel your function has had on the industry, particularly during COVID?
Adams: At PDI, we have been able to provide our much-needed products to all those in-need during COVID. I feel that our team has been a key factor in ensuring that our products were released as soon as possible to reach and support our customers.
Q. Have you participated in any charitable programs or events through PDI? If so, which ones and what impact did that program have on our local community?
Adams: Yes, I am a regular participant of the MS Walk and have my own team called “Tasha’s Troopers”. I am always grateful of the support that I have received from PDI and my colleagues each time for this cause.
Q. How long have you been with PDI and why have you decided to stay with the company?
Adams: I have been at PDI over 15 years now and am still here because I know that what I do each day is important, not only to the company, but to the customers.
Q. How has the company evolved since you joined?
Adams: PDI has implemented new systems and new processes, and the Quality department itself has also seen some growth!
