Adding Balance: PDI Wellness Activities
To help promote the importance of work/life balance across PDI, the Women’s Empowerment Network (WEN) launched Mindfulness Monday Zoom Yoga Classes and Wednesday Energy Healing and Meditation Workshops for associates to participate in for added balance in their lives. On Mondays and Wednesdays, PDI Associates are invited to take a moment from regular routines to focus on themselves, and their health and to help build that balance that is truly essential both personally and professionally.
