Associate Spotlight: Alicia Rothschild

Q. Can you tell us a little about your role at PDI?   

Rothschild: My role is to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing to all employees and to help answer any questions employees have regarding their paychecks.

Q. What does “Be the Difference” mean to you?

Rothschild: It means making a lasting impact, going the extra mile to help someone else, whether at work or at home.

Q. Can you provide some insights on your team dynamics / working relationships with colleagues? 

Rothschild: Being part of the HR team is awesome, it’s a great team to be part of.  Everyone has a great personality, always willing to help each other.

Q. Do you have any interesting hobbies or fun facts you could share? (personal or work related)  

Rothschild: I love to be active and I play softball.  I have 2 daughters ages 4.5 and 3 and a cat.

Q. What made you decide to join PDI?

Rothschild: I decided to join PDI because I really liked their mission and I love being part of an employer who makes an impact on the world. I also really enjoyed meeting all of the HR employees I interviewed with and knew it would be a great team to be part of.

Q. How has your perspective of PDI changed since you joined the company? 

Rothschild: I’ve learned so much about what PDI does besides just making wipes.  I am proud to be part of this organization.
