PDI Associate Spotlight - Cindy Ospino

Q. Can you tell us a little about your role at PDI?  

Ospino: I am the HR Coordinator and provide support to PDI, Nice-Pak, and Tru-D. My job is onboarding new hires, promoting the Recognition Platform, managing communications to the broader PDI community, record keeping, file maintenance, and HRIS entry. I also assist associates with handling questions or requests that they may have.

Q. What new skills have you learned while working at PDI? How have you developed personally and professionally? 

Ospino: My role consists of entering and processing data in our Human Resources Information System, so my focus is attention to detail by ensuring I maintain accurate data. Additionally, I work closely with other departments, such as Payroll and Benefits, and have built strong relationships with members from those teams, which has helped me grow both personally and professionally.

Q. What made you decide to join PDI?

Ospino: PDI’s mission and vision caught my attention right away. I’m happy to be a part this company and more specifically a part of such a talented HR team, I truly love my job and enjoy what I do.
